A northern New Yorker restauranteer relocated to Rockhill South Carolina to start his 7th Restaurant. His vision included 75 seat capacity interior and an exterior patio deck to seat about 20. He wanted the patrons on the inside to be able to converse with those on the exterior. To accommodate this requirement Mr. Reddrick designed a glass garage door that could be opened on nice days and allow patrons to converse between inside and outside.
