Architecture firm Design International is delighted to introduce their latest design Parma Urban District; a three level retail destination situated in the Parma region of Northern Italy. The innovative architectural firm, which is headquartered in London, with further studios in Milan and Shanghai, and a soon-to-be Dubai location, demonstrate their vast experience with the creation of yet another unique and diverse design which is expected to open in April 2019 and attract over 10 million visitors per year.
Parma Urban District is a three level retail destination with adjoining retail park which is located adjacent to the Parma Exhibition Center ‘Fiere di Parma’ . The development has a total GLA of shopping centre 52,500sqm and total GLA of retail park 8000sqm. There will be a Cinema and entertainment, as well as 5000 parking spaces.
