The playground "Parkopplevelser" (park experience) is supposed to be a challenge for all ages and for pain, balance and acceleration in addition to the traditionally recognized five senses.
The playscape is by now the biggest rubber landscape in Norway.
It is designed as a volcano with lava streams (red), small hills (grey) and lakes (blue).
Two concrete paths make a big X and divides areas of action as well as gathering surface water in a meandering river.
Play equipment, furniture and lights are placed according to safety zones.
Existing trees are saved and added vegetation attracts butterflies and birds!
