Parkmall 168 reimagines the traditional shopping center as more than just a place to transact — it is an urban catalyst and community destination in the heart of Mandaue City’s vibrant business district.
At its core, this project transforms public space through thoughtful architectural gestures that elevate everyday experiences. Designed as a hybrid environment that blurs the boundaries between indoor retail and outdoor gathering, the mall embraces al fresco circulation and landscaped social zones that animate the retail program. These open spaces promote pedestrian flow, gathering, and repose — inviting visitors to shop, dine, socialize, and participate in community life.
A defining aspect of Parkmall’s identity is its pet‑friendly ethos: the design and operational program boldly challenges conventional mall typologies by welcoming companions of all kinds.
