Just months after moving in, the owners realized they were part of the Chinese Drywall Drama. This perfect house in Parkland needed to be completely redone. So, in grand style, the owners chose to add on to this already phenomenal Toll Brothers home. The project consisted of filling in an interior loft space, adding an in-laws quarters suite and golf cart garage and storage space. The shape of the lot also allowed the addition of a 1,200-square foot outdoor entertaining space and barbecue area.
