"Spark"in English means “spark or trigger” (note:original article was in Brazilian Portuguese) , encourage. Sparking, a pun on the word “Southwest” (Brasilia's upscale neighborhood) and “parking” brings a personalized and innovative design in many ways to the Southwest Clinical Center Condominium(Centro Clinico Sudoeste). Currently, in the building, there are almost 100 health care companies in operation receiving 4000 people a day, and very high occupancy rate.
The properties (250 parking spaces) where the activity has been practiced since 2003 were the property of Construction company, and the degree of interference of the condominium was very low, even becoming a heavy (and expensive) judicial agenda in recent years. Only after July 2019, with the ownership of the real estate secured to the condominium, we could make the necessary interventions and the quality level that the building deserves. Part of the revenue from parking operation will be transferred monthly to the new owner and destined to the execution of works and various improvements.
In this context, “Sparking Creative Parking” was created. The company has purposely changed its surname from “Revolving/short term” to “Creative,” because in many ways this new business model aims to break the paradigm of most residential and commercial buildings where garages are a lifeless place, filing junk in closets and invariably painted yellow, black and white.
The predominant colors of Sparking are black and blue, with gray and white as complementary colors. The main advantages of the new parking manager are: Modern architectural design and interior design, as well as communication and service. For example, there are pictures scattered with supercar photos in beautiful surroundings, and a TV positioned in front of the elevators that interleaves logo stickers, inspiring vehicle photos, and quick shots of the building. Also a large mural illustrating the city of Brasilia, so that the most excited customers post on social media. Linkc brand equipment, company based in Campinas (SP) were chosen, and coincidentally bring the colors black and blue. Garage access will become a unique and attractive experience in the building and even in Brazil. Inspiration is the result of hours and hours of pleasurable study for bold projects implemented throughout Planet Earth, especially in France, Germany and Spain.

There were frequent complaints and harsh criticism on social media of the price of service, quality of care, cleanliness and apparent abandonment. Fortunately, this stigma is gradually being changed with humanized treatment and constant improvements in painting, lighting and decoration. Also a cheaper fare and possibility of payment in ATMs. Positive testimonials from customers daily. Despite the few months of operation, Sparking won in September / 2019 the “Cities and Condominiums” award in the entrepreneurship category and also the “Indicated Infra 20 years Magazine” award in November / 2019 in São Paulo. We aim for architectural or segment-specific ones. We were surprised by invitations from commercial condominiums in Brasilia(capital of Brazil) and Goiania(capital of the state of GOIAS) to start the partnership.
