The new Norrington Center provides a technology rich learning environment while embracing the leadership’s vision of an impactful and practical space that increases the accessibility of higher education to all students. A highly flexible floor plan, with as few walls as possible, enables the space to adapt to new uses and technology over time, and will also foster a sense of community and transparency for the students and staff. Wireless connectivity available all throughout the building, flat screens for screen sharing and team work are conveniently located in several locations, and users are able to bring their own device, use a library computer, or rent a device to use while in the building.
