The newly designed Cap Vermell Resort adopts traditional Majorcan architecture and the timeless style of a Spanish village. An exercise in both aesthetic and urbane values.
The resort cascades down the hill in clusters of villas grouped around secluded courtyards with splashing fountains and framed vistas. The arrival experience resembles an ancient Spanish Plaza/ courtyard with the public buildings informally clustered about.
DSA are the lead architects responsible for the development of the project. This is a new 142 key Park Hyatt resort with Spa.
The concept is to re-create a typical Mallorcian village of various independent buildings with exposed stone walls, rustic finishes and crafted details.
