Concept
Park Flats is placed at the noble area of Freamunde, near the Town’s Urban Park. This collective housing complex, composed by commercial spaces and by housing typologies T2, T3, T3 Duplex and T4 Duplex, intends to be an alternative architectonical offer to the local property market. The housing typologies, with loft characteristics, have generous dimensions and assume the shape of balconies over the park. The main facade was designed as a green blanket composed by removable modular elements and assumes itself as an extension of the park's green.
