Park Apartments
Project of the apartment house in the park resulted from the investor´s intention to utilize a small land with the area 660 m2 on the park border, with a nearby access road, as well as added value of the surrounding flat park.
The assignment represented creation of 8 largest possible apartments. Building size limits allowed for designing max. 20 m high building and building up 45% of the land area, which we have fully utilized in our project design. We managed to create two apartment units on a floor with the area 135 m2 per an apartment, incl. terrace. The apartment units slightly differ from each other in the terms of layout. Our intention was to optically separate them from the ground. We provided for it through open ground floor consisting of concrete pillars and walls. The ground floor is adapted for purpose of eventual small vehicle / motorcycle/ moped parking. Later we plan to build a main parking close to the object. The whole object is oriented southwards in order to get as much light as possible to the apartments´ day-zone. The building entrance, staircase, elevator and technical premises are oriented to the north. We paid special attention to the facade shape and design. Rounded building corners better adapt to the surroundings and have a smoothing-out effect. Particular building floors look like as if bond together by the system of metal tubes of bronze-brown color. Surface between the windows is decorated with relief circles in pastel colors. The building roof will be utilized as a relax zone for all tenants.
