Yingchao · Park 1953 │ Park Villa is located in the east area of Anshan Railway in Liaoning Province, adjacent to yoyo Park and Guangying square. The project will be built into a leading Park, pure villa and high-end cultural community in Anshan.
As a kind of temporary building, the sales center will be demolished or rebuilt into other functions after the opener completes the sales purpose. These temporary and expensive interior decoration is undoubtedly a huge waste of resources and energy, so Party A hopes to transform two townhouses into a sales center.
In 1953, Anshan became the first large-scale steel base in China, and was known as the steel capital of China. The designer looks for inspiration from Angang culture, and extracts key words: casting brilliant, quiet north, life style. To achieve extravagant but not flashy, simple and extraordinary space effect.
