The new 27,000 square-foot Sales Center houses model units for Park 1872 Residences, Beijing’s newest luxury high-rise residential complex, which was also designed by SBA. Featuring clean, brightly lit spaces and high ceilings, the museum-inspired Sales Center is a refreshing departure from the traditional sales office environment.
The reception area, sales offices, and conference rooms are highlighted with dynamic forms, which guide visitors through gallery-like corridors that showcase project models and mockup units. Sustainable building materials such as wood plank siding and roofs made from recycled wood chips make the Sales Office an environmentally friendly building.
