The building of the restaurant is located along the Seine on the dock / promenade adjacent to the Port de la Bourdonne is a combination of a monolithic reinforced concrete framework and steelwork. It is a public building using the most modern types of engineering support demonstrating the achievements of scientific and technological progress, as well as the capabilities of modern materials and technologies. The building, with the area of building of only 80 square meters, has a total area of premises of 565 square meters. The volume-planning solution of the building does not interfere with pedestrian routes along the promenade, the building has convenient access with separate entrances for visitors, service and technical personnel, and at the same time there is a private space for restaurant guests, accessible for the people with limited mobility as well.
The area of the building is divided into three levels:
1. At the ground level there are located: entrance group, staircase and elevator hall; kitchen loading area; premises for technical and engineering equipment.
2. At the mark + 4,300 there are located: stairway and elevator hall; panoramic hall accommodating 50 people, which is situated 6 meters above the surface of the water, with glass walls made of hardened glass "Triplex"; restaurant production premises; toilets; office space and reception.
3. At the mark + 7,600 there are located: elevator hall; smoking area for 70 people, which is situated 9 meters above the surface of the water; open landscaped zones, which are located on the maintained roof of the building.
The modern facade of the building, emphasized by LED lighting and the unique concept of the restaurant, will make it a place of attraction for residents and visitors of the city, one of the indispensible stops on tourist routes, one of the significant landmarks and beloved places of the renewed embankment in the capital of the Summer Olympics in 2024.
