ASAA was contracted by MEAG relative to the
renovation of an 18.000m² office building, recently named "Paris
Eight". The building is located in the heart of the Central Business
District (CBD) 40, rue de Courcelles in the 8th area.
ASAA's renovations will transform Paris Eight into a spacious, well-lit and
comfortable office building that will provide its future tenants with excellent
working conditions respecting the Environment (LED lightening, urban
cooling and heating system , clean building works, etc.).
Paris Eight offers a grand entrance hall, with 8 floors of luxurious office
space, an in-house restaurant and 2 floors of ample parking in the building's
garage. This office space can easily be a corporate headquaters or a multi
tenant office building depending of the tenant wishes.
