Pardo Café was born as a space that seeks to fuse design, architecture, and coffee. The space is designed to be a place for lingering and contemplation, achieved through four key aspects: materiality, warm lighting, abundant vegetation both indoors and outdoors, and generous openings on its two horizontal façades.
Regarding materiality, carefully selected natural elements are combined: polished concrete walls and floors envelop the space and give it character with their raw texture, while the use of natural oak wood in furniture and service volumes creates a warm contrast. Olive green, the brand's distinctive color, is featured in the preparation area, visually separating it from the dining area, while transitions between materials and heights generate a fluid visual journey.
This balance between materials, lighting, and vegetation creates a welcoming and serene atmosphere, inviting visitors to relax and enjoy the environment. Additionally, the visual and spatial connection between the interior and exterior allows the café to expand outward, eliminating the boundary between the two.
