The vegetarian restaurant with a unique roof covered by flowers and made of wood stretching along the slope of the natural terrain of the pine forest in Da Lat. Da Lat is a city of highland considered to be most romantic in Vietnam. We are always convinced by a familiar but emotional image every time we walk inside the pine forest here at sunset. A fanciful image between rays of sunlight piercing through coniferous trees like a giant mist on vertical trees. We conveyed that image into the interior of a restaurant with large wooden columns and roof saws letting natural light through under the confetti canopy.
The restaurant has a capacity of 500 seats, including a semi-basement and a floating floor. We use large column modules made of pine wood harvested in the area. The column modules are assembled together to form a large restaurant space bellows, with a modular design that can be easily expanded in the future. At the top of the columnar modules, bougainvillea clusters are planted in large stainless steel sinks containing soil. Below is a restaurant space completely extended to four directions.
