Panorama Park II in Kościelna Wieś, near Kalisz, is a contemporary residential complex created in collaboration with architect Marcin Lewandowicz. The project translates minimalist principles into a cohesive urban form, characterized by crisp white façades, expressive gable roofs, and precise geometric lines.
The layout achieves a balance between order and variety — a rhythm of repeating volumes ensures visual unity, while subtle differences in scale and roof geometry introduce movement and individuality. Light, proportion, and simplicity define the architectural expression, allowing the development to integrate naturally with its surroundings.
Although conceived on a large scale, Panorama Park II retains a human-centered quality. Carefully designed courtyards, terraces, and landscaped zones encourage interaction among residents and create a calm, community-oriented atmosphere.
