The trattoria is genuine Italian in South Florida. Fabio, a native Italian, came to America to form his dream. In spite of the language barrier, we created a beautiful restaurant incorporating the top of the line Italian equipment. Panaretto's unique flavors are a treat to anyone who is a true fan of the flavors of Italy. The staff is very friendly which adds to this restaurants charm. The simple but elegant design was created on a shoe string budget, but you would never know after dining there.
