Office Building “C” at the International Business Park in Panama Pacifico is the latest office building designed by Wakefield Beasley & Associates in Panama City, Panama. The Building complies with all International Building Codes and it was designed with several sustainable systems. This 6 story, 120,000 square feet building is part of a business park in the former Howard Air Force Base in Panama City that now houses several Regional Headquarters for multinational companies. Wakefield Beasley & Associates designed these buildings, produced Construction Documents and is currently engaged in the Construction Contract Administration Phase of the project. The project also includes a free standing parking garage with 400 spaces and a retail area on the lower floor. This building houses the LEED Certified Wakefield Beasley & Associates Panama Headquarters.
