The residence is located over a hill with an excellent view to the sea. As an advantage, the property got an irregular form where the back is the largest side and has the best view.
The house was planned taking care of the back view and avoiding visual obstacles of the neighbors.
The construction is divided by three axes marked by tall and width walls, this helps the house don’t look like a big mass of concrete, they keep the proportion, creating a perception of a minor house matching with the environment.
The house is sober without superfluous ornaments, this make a contrast with the stony material finished.
