Located on Ngu Hiep island in Cai Lay commune, a prime location that is likened to a tropical oasis in Tien Giang province. The project has a modern style with a minimalist color palette of white and gray harmonizing with the green of nature, and also thanks to the advantage of the river landscape, it creates many interesting experiences in the house.
The overall project is divided into 2 functional areas: living and garden. The inner space are arranged neatly, fully equipped in a clever way for the common and private needs in the family daily activities: living room representing the common living space of everyone combined with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms for resting to meet various forms of use, bathroom and laundry area easily connected with nature, light, ventilation,… The design has oriented the main spaces towards the river, so the house receives a lot of natural light and cross ventilation on sunny days, besides it’s also arranged and divided into flexible space in different usage conditions. The veranda on the river side of the house plays the role of leading from inside the house to the garden and the river bank corridor – through the gentle buffer zone at the veranda, ensuring privacy for the interior space, while being able to enjoy the landscape of the garden, river, as well as enjoy the outdoor atmosphere.
Palm Villas is the result of a journey of exploration and design research, aiming to bring memorable living experiences to people. Here we have expressed the spirit of sustainable design, creating conditions for the house to harmonize with the local lifestyle, expressing emotions with nature, greenery and water. The everyday stories in this fertile land have inspired us with many design ideas, creating a resort architecture project with many positive values.
