The project "Pallet by pallet" designed by Izmo, aims to redevelop an abandoned green area, which is currently managed by EDISU Piemonte, in Turin, located between Ricasoli St. and Faà di Bruno St. The green point to be developed will be designed to accommodate the staging of events, hosting of leisure and cultural activities, as well as some of the activities during the Turin European Youth Capital and other events. The set includes the complete and permanent resettlement of access routes and equipment through the use of environmentally sustainable materials, mainly the pallet. The project will be implemented in part in self-built furniture during a workshop open to students of architecture and design and the citizens of the district.Upon completion of the works, "Pallet by pallet" will be an innovative example of urban regeneration with an environmental impact on the community and local citizens who live, work and study in the district.
