PALCCO has 24,578 square meters of land, effectively doubling its number under construction with 54,780 square meters, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing design delivering value, structure and harmony.
The dramatic profile of PALCCO rises up from this emerging architectural expression. With its modern and innovative subtleties playing with continuous and ascending forms, alongside the contours of the composition, PALCCO inspires people through art.
With the impressive design and spatial distribution, PALCCO has became an iconic building in Guadalajara and is the first radio and television museum in the Americas. It houses three theaters, eight meeting rooms, a hall of fame, an art walk, a school for music and dance, three restaurants, a dedicated and interactive technology area, and office spaces for the Chamber of the Radio and Television Industry (CIRT).
The final design of PALCCO needed to speak for itself, enticing and attracting the masses to an environment where creative ideas could flow and rise to the top while also demonstrating that avant-garde and innovate architecture can thrive in harmony with the legacy of the arts.
