Palanza 34 is the result of a complete retrofit of a house built in 1960. The concrete structure, the technical installations, windows and doors have been replaced in order to have a brand new building, according to the Ownership desire.
The outer part has been improved by placing a thermal coating under a ventilated façade made by terra-cotta tiles. The new windows are bigger than the original ones, and the number and the size of the apartments has changed by placing in a new way the interior walls. The interior of the most important dwelling, a double deck suite, is characterized by warm textures such as maple and cherry wood, and Napoleon marbles in contrast to the entrance of the building that is cooler by the use of black tiles and blue mosaic.
The inner spaces of the main apartment have been improved by sliding windows that allow to join the huge kitchen with the outer spaces of the terrace.
At the top of the house, the Owner can take a bath looking far to the landscape by a spectacular pivoting window.
