This proposal is for the design of a prison that works to change the concept of rigid confinement into softer containment and aims to positively influence the life of its inhabitants. The architecture is based on the creation of skill-based communities multi-platform structure located on a redundant oil-rig in the Pacific Ocean. It is covered with a solar membrane that replaces the rigid walls of the prison with a more functional, environmentally sustainable structure.
