The Pacific Bondi Beach is an adaptive re-use of the existing building structure with the construction of new facades and additional floors. The removal of the existing atrium roof provides an open air public accessible courtyards and contributes to the significant improvements of public amenity.
The mixed use development consists of 110 luxury apartments with 140 car spaces, 69-room QT Bondi Hotel Apartments, 5,500sqm of retail including a Gold’s Gym and Speedos pool, Woolworths Metro and BWS, over eight restaurants and a mix of high-quality food and beverage operations and assorted fashion boutiques plus 152 public car spaces.
The Pacific Bondi Beach enhances the prominent building location with richly detailed façade form of modern aesthetics that will provide a building development of high-quality and a major benefit to the future revitalisation of Bondi Beach area.
