The p3332 residential project is located in the south area of Mexico City on a high speed busy highway. It is an “L” shaped volume with closed facades on the external sides, and a glass and aluminium facade with terraces and balconies in both inner planes.
The faceted external walls are radically closed to the highway front and the lateral sides. This produces an abstract mass with a single large opening to the swimming pool & fitness centre area.
The structure contains 48 maisonettes organized along both sides of the “L”. All private spaces, except for kitchens and bathrooms, face the open core of the site.
