OZ 3459 is a condo building with seven housing units , located in the neighborhood of Saavedra , a residential area of the city of Buenos Aires . Set in an atypical apple on a passage with the height limitations of the zoning r2bi , this small field of 8.66 x 18.00 m, has the possibility of building the entire surface of the land .
The building trying to take the neighborhood scale in their front and back , pooling yards with neighboring boundaries and retreating on the top floors , resolving construction on a floor unless permitted by the standard. The project takes the pattern of the architecture of courtyards feature many traditional neighborhoods of the city .
