This rather classic project includes several elements that deviate from typical solutions. The investor's dream was to design a single-story house, located on a plot with a significant slope with a height difference of 3 meters. It was proposed to level the plot, which allowed the building to blend into the sloping terrain. The form of the canopies on the side of the garden has delicate skews that add character. The proposed extensive glazing on the garden side, which when opened gives direct contact with the garden. As a result, the canopy does not take away daylight and the open space of the kitchen, living room and living room is directly accessible from the terrace.
