In the birthplace of the Hugo Boss brand in Metzingen, a new center for Outletcity has been created by refurbishing an ensemble of historic brick buildings on Kanalstraße and revealing their original structures. The ground floor now contains shop units, an event area and a café, while the upper level provides a flexible space for exhibitions and functions. The ensemble is complemented by a new cast‑concrete building at Kanalstraße 4 and a revitalized structure on Reutlinger Straße 49.
