Interior spaces revolve around a two story light well that opens onto a garden courtyard at two levels. Glass walls glide into pockets, connecting interior spaces with gardens in an uninterrupted flow of space. The home features abundant daylight, passive ventilation, solar radiant floors and solar domestic hot water.
