Osmia Organics is an organic skin care store in Carbondale designed with an open kitchen approach. Handmade soaps, scents, and lotions are made on site combining a local retail store with a webbased sales component. Spaces were created for soap making, laboratory clean room work, retail display, packaging, and office work. These elements were combined so that functions could occur in sequence without chopping up and blocking the natural light of the space.
