This building has been transformed into an optician and apartments. The ground floor, which used to be completely partitioned, has been completely hollowed out to meet the commercial function. An annex was also built in continuity with the space on the ground floor.

Above this annex, terraces have been created for the apartments. These have been designed to let in the sunlight.

The awning that has been placed reinforces the differentiation between the commercial function on the ground floor and the residential function on the upper floors.

The materials used were chosen to respect the nature of the building. For the design of the store, natural materials offer the visitor an atmosphere in line with the general spirit of the place.
