The program includes 31 multi-family dwellings, 12 intermediate dwellings, eight grouped houses, seven single-family houses, the development of collective and individual outdoor spaces and underground parking.
These varied programs offer built-in volumes that integrate and structure the extension of the park while allowing a mix of living methods, from individual homes to collective housing and intermediate housing.

Each typology benefits from a variety of situations in the landscape: above trees at R + 3 (collective), in trees at R + 2 (intermediate) and under trees (individual houses). All these typologies have in common to enjoy a relationship to the context by an outdoor extension, garden, terrace, balcony, depending on the case.

The collective housing residence marks the entrance of the new district from which it induces the centrality. The discontinuity of the built volumes frees the views of the interior gardens and opens the public space to the southern sun.

The intermediate dwellings, located to the west along the alley of soft traffic are 'passereurs' park. Their gardens, facing the park, unite with it.

The grouped houses punctuate and frame the west bank of the plot. They respond to the existing city opposite. Their gardens east and west welcome the mass of trees that extends the park.

At the heart of the islet, the individual houses are discreet and enjoy the greatest independence.

Through this diffusion of the programs, the volumetrics built release the free spaces necessary for the blooming of the park. The block and the park are no longer one and the same for the benefit of housing whatever the type.

Lastly, the organization of buildings and the treatment of open spaces guarantee the collection of rainwater through rainwater reservoirs in the continuity of the projected network in the large park.
