Located at the southeast corner of Lake Shore Boulevard and York Street in Toronto, this mixed-use development encompasses approximately 190,520 sq m of density on a two-acre site. The podium has a contiguous roof garden accessible from the health club and epicurean food court and bar; health club, a contiguous roof garden/terrace and other amenities available for all residents, office occupants, and the community at large. This building demonstrates the impact of smart intensification on the urban quality of life for all.
