Montroy Andersen DeMarco is serving as Architect and part of The Legends Team who will build and operate the Observation Deck at One World Trade Center. We are proud to be working with Legends, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and The Durst Organization. The Legends team includes: Experience Designer, The Hettema Group and JRM Construction.

"One World Observatory will provide visitors with spectacular views of New York City and the surrounding region from above 1,250 feet. The 120,000 square foot facility is scheduled to open in early 2015. It will feature cutting-edge digital technology, dining options, a gift shop, special events space and the “See Forever” theater where visitors will learn about the building of One World Trade Center."
