Step into the design narrative of Sharan Hegde’s – The One percent club office is envisioned and designed to be next-gen workplace nested in the suburbs of Mumbai. The client wanted a space that is premium, luxurious, contemporary yet modern and minimal in design contradicting the expected start- up offices.
With a capacity for 65 employees, the design prioritizes experience and collaboration, emphasizing openness and natural light. Glass partitions and defined black metal frames delineate cabins, conference rooms, and meeting spaces along the periphery, while the central area fosters informal discussions and collective seating.
At the heart of the office, the founder's cabin stands out as a focal point, boasting a custom-designed mid-century modern desk and a discussion table evoking a jungle-like atmosphere, energizing all who enter. Adjacent to this space, the podcast room exudes quiet luxury, promoting seamless conversations.
The open pantry, adorned with natural finishes and plants, provides a tranquil oasis for rejuvenation. Cozy breakout areas, furnished with a mix of materials, plush seating, and green accents, invite employees to unwind and engage in informal meetings.
This thoughtfully designed workspace not only supports creative talent but also redefines client engagement, setting a new standard for modern workplaces.
