The main thing in this interior is a man. Only he should be visible here, everything else is the background. This is how we position the “ONE INT" project. The entire space was decorated in white, which helped to smooth out the flaws. We used the simplest possible finishing materials: paint on the walls, polymer coating on the floor, and ceramic mosaic in the shower. The graphic quality of the interior is given by the shadow seam of the stretch ceiling, which outlines the perimeter of the apartment, and black pieces of furniture. As for the structure, we destroyed all kinds of partitions, demolished the balcony block. The areas of the premises were opened up as much as possible. Of the structures, only the outer walls and part of the balcony block made of monolithic concrete remained. He became the central element of the whole composition. Only it has a visible textured and color accent. The bedroom was connected to the kitchen, separated by a podium for greater comfort, and the kitchen was moved to the former corridor part. The kitchen is completely made according to our sketches. The island part consists of two volumes decorated with artificial stone. The bar counter is supported by a module with a sink and a base, so it does not seem too massive. Instead of the standard mixer, we put a floor mixer. The bathroom is fully open, it was also raised to the podium as well as the bedroom. Glass was used as the enclosing walls. Now the stained glass of the outer wall is visible even from the shower.
