This condo project is at the prestigious intersection of Bloor and Yonge streets inToronto. Informed by the flowing, sculpted facade of the condo tower, the sales centerdesign is a rich array of organic forms. Eventscape engineered, fabricated and installedthe numerous custom elements that celebrate this prime urban landscape.An impressive 14 ft. long custom organic sofa covered with a magnificent embossedleather greets the visitors to the center. Luxurious faux white leather covers the curvedwood-framed center hub with integrated seating niche. Elegant curved metal benchesnestled in the interior are finished with embossed leather. Above the benches, glitteringglass tiles cover the wall. Glass tiles also finish the exterior of the custom sample tablewhich has concealed LED lights under the Starphire glass top. Faux white leather coversthe reception wall, desk and ceiling feature. Rolled aluminum tubes, laser cut light coveand connecting plates complete the 20 ft. long curved ceiling feature.Black back-painted glass panels with velour finish and bevelled edges make up the 3wall surfaces. Additional custom I-Pad holders, (west wall) 20 LCD screens (east wall) andsandblasted backlit lettering with LED lighting and hidden door (south wall) were allintegrated by Eventscape. Decorative Tee columns are built of billet (solid) aluminumwith a spun aluminum cone top. Custom bronze plating and hand rubbed black oxidegive the structures a rich patina finish.
