This project is a duplex building designed with a focus on urban design constraints and adherence to modern architectural standards. Openings and lightwells are positioned solely on the facade facing the yard, establishing a direct and effective connection with the outdoor space. The building consists of two levels (ground floor and first floor), with balconies on both levels providing semi-open spaces for enhanced interaction with the environment.
The integration of curved and flat surfaces not only differentiates various sections but also creates a unique coherence within and outside the building. Volumetric techniques have been employed to introduce new opportunities and enhance diverse spatial qualities. These qualities are reflected internally, resulting in a cohesive structure with a distinctive architectural character that fosters a strong sense of belonging and satisfaction among its residents.
