During the development of this project, it radically changed its function, while the external form remained almost unchanged. Initially, it was planned to place a bowling alley with 48 lanes in the building, which required the installation of 15-meter consoles on both sides of the building boundary. Then the bowling alley itself moved to the ground floor, but the consoles remained, providing additional access to commercial space. The ground part consists of two blocks of office space with a multi-light atrium between them.
The building of the Olympic Hall business center has a unique architectural solution. The location next to the iconic urban planning ensemble of the Olympic Stadium and the Renaissance Hotel gave the building the "generic features" of its outstanding architecture – a bright and expressive image, smooth lines and dynamism of forms. At the same time, the building has its own special character due to the impressive cantilevered floor extensions overhanging the main entrance.
Functionally, the Center consists of two office blocks connected by a central atrium. The transparent "slit" of the atrium forms a comfortable interior space and creates additional lighting for offices.
The facades are decorated with high–quality materials – Italian large-size porcelain stoneware - travertine and metallic, as well as panoramic glazing with sun protection and energy-saving properties.
The space of the central atrium, thanks to the wooden panels of two shades, forms a cozy and formal atmosphere, accentuated by the black gloss of floor slabs and live trees in tubs.
On the roof there is an outdoor terrace of the sky bar with panoramic views of the Catherine Garden.
