Designed for a client whose profession as an Occupational Therapist required a long-term home, that could accommodate paying guests with restricted physical mobility. The brief required a home that is warm, comfortable and energy-efficient all year round with three- bedrooms and Office space, Living/Dining/Kitchen. All the main spaces were to take full advantage of the elevated platform and views of the dramatic Bannockburn Range. The Master Bedroom required an Ensuite + Dressing Room. One Guest Bedroom was to have wheelchair access to the shared Bathroom.
