This three thousand square foot tenant improvement establishes the first West Coast office location for Ole Smoky Moonshine. The Tennessee based company wanted this space to fulfill two primary roles; a functional modern office, and a “branded” storefront lobby and conference area for welcoming guests and potential customers. Visitors are greeted by barn doors, rustic wood structures, and exposed bulb lighting that pay homage to the client’s branding. However, passing through the barn doors reveals employee workstations located in a modern, clean lined space highlighted by bold graphics.
