This is my 4th year studio where I had to come up with a design for the whole master planing of the site. The brief mentioned that 50 000 sq m of office space was required as well as 240 apartments and a civic space. My studies consisted of direction of travel of people through the site and environmental factors. The Plaza is a good place for people to walk/meet and allow those living in the city to do physical exercise.
