Complete design, planning and site management services, creation of 6 new apartments by adding floors in timber construction in Munich-Neuhausen. Funding-optimized planning for the use of the "Munich Funding Energy Saving" and KFW funding, (KFW Efficiency House 55). This makes a decisive contribution to a better urban climate and global climate protection: the CO2 reduction is 90 percent. This is also achieved by switching from individual gas stoves and night storage electric heaters in the apartments to a central district heating supply.
