Modern, high-tech, open-concept offices covering 8,250 sq. ft. of space located in a 19th century heritage building. We worked together with the client to define a largely open floor plan with a good flow of motion connecting east and west wings of the space with a well-lit white "tunnel" Offices along walls windows were designed with generous glass facades to allow light to permeate throughout the space. A self-contained glass boardroom located as a central room within the space allows for both staff and clients to transition into the room and a large u-shaped sectional with over-sized upjolstered ottomans defines a "creative pit" allowing for staff to congregate, tossing ideas about with a white board cabinet located on a close wall allowing for documentation of brainstorming sessions.
