The offices are located in the recently inaugurated Palacio Bellini, it is a building that lodges a hotel, offices and departments. It takes its typology and denomination from its neighbor, El Palacio de los Patos, a building from 1930 that nowadays lodges departments. The new building respects certain parameters of the first one as its height and its central courtyards, but with contemporary language.
This office belongs to a company that makes Public Relations, it was intended as a visually unified space where people work together, but can offer privacy from Oriental linen panels that are blinding the glazed openings. A system of partition walls that alternate blind and glazed spans, organize the plant in a simple way generating 4 sectors; this language of alternating closings was taken from the same building that applies this concept in its facade.
The project aims to offer a relaxed atmosphere for the work, creating different environments where to work freely, taking full advantage of the natural light and views of the gardens in front of the building. In this sense also the choice of materials and colors trimmed the palette to generate unit and visual clarity.
