In this 20-year-old residential and commercial building, it was originally a long and narrow space with only one window opening to the outside. Now here is a new type of workplace that integrates daylight into work and disassembles work between frames and scenes, and it is also a studio for architectural design ideas.
We deconstruct the original single space, from a long and narrow space into a field display with unclear solid and void. It seems to be the placement of a wooden box, but this box does not have an exact sense of physical space. It seems to be an embedding of a transparent material surface, however this transparent surface does not have the exact sense of continuous enclosure. An object produces a variety of directionality, from inside to outside, from near to far. Due to the multiple turning angles of the objects, there are different space atmospheres, which eliminates the transactional characteristics of the office space and brings more imagination of work and life.
The display of the field extends light and scenery at the same time. The intervention of daylight diffuses in through the layers, and the scaling of the frame overlaps into scenes. After focusing, imaging, magnification, and finally space shaping. As the principles of photography, we take the space into a new attitude through focusing, imaging, magnification, and finally shaping the space.
