AETER Architects joined forces with A&M Architects to design this ambitious development in the heart of the Marousi business district.
This large-scale project aims to become a new landmark of mixed use, able to influence the future workplace trends. The dynamic shapes of the structures give a sense of movement while the building formations emerge from the landscape and become an integral part of it. The way the buildings sit on the plot, creating plateaus, invite the user to experience their architecture fully.
Contemporary yet human-centric, this development becomes a focal point for Athens, and excels in sustainability. The greenery and water features are combined to create a biophilic environment that enhances the microclimate of the district and welcomes the user .
