Reconstruction of building into office-center, Sauran street, Astana

Area of the building - 5 845.00 m2
The reconstruction project of restaurant complex in three floors into office center will be completed and by contractor as soon as possible. The building was in poor condition - one of the sides of building sagged and it literally cracked at the seams. Scientific survey of the constructions was led, were being made geology and digging of foundations that enabled to strengthen and consolidate constructions competently. Aesthetics and thermal efficiency of enclosing building structures also left much to be desired.
The aim of project is:
* to create comfortable offices, restaurants, salons
* to install hinged ventilated facade system with mineral wool heater and element fasades and ceramics
* to arrange new energy saving double-glass panes
* to strengthen foundations and tie dilapidated walls with metal constructions
* to upgrade utilities.
